What are our responsibilities as property managers?

  • We continuously check the condition of your apartment and ensure its maintenance and repairs.
  • Repairs, maintenance and emergency call outs are provided by proven and reliable contractors. We have a detailed overview of each property managed. Your apartment is not only a number for us!
  • We deal with insurance claims, tax payments, regular inspections of appliances and meters, we handle incoming post and other matters.
  • We make sure that your property is rented to solvent tenants. Our professional management team and an experienced broker will take care of you and your property.

What are your responsibilities as an owner?

  • You don´t have to deal with anything. When the Property management contract is signed and we receive a Power of attorney, we simply take over all your responsibilities. We don´t even need you physically in Prague as everything can be done online or by post. You will only approve annual reconciliation of service charges, new tenant, fixes or new equipment.
  • We will also provide you with an access to our online system Domsys, where you will be able to see all necessary information about your property.

We manage properties worth over CZK 4 billion.

Face to face meeting will follow where you can meet the head of the department Mrs. Press and discuss everything regarding the contract or other subjects.

Property
handover

Our property manager checks carefully the whole apartment, completes the inventory and takes some photos. It may take him a few hours! He makes a report and suggests necessary repairs or changes that need to be completed before the apartment can be rented.

Professional
photos

Your property will be photographed by our professional photographer and you will beassigned a personal broker who will take care of rental of your property and who will communicate with you.

Care for tenants is also important!

Good quality of our service is also appreciated by our tenants who live in our managed properties! They know that they can contact us anytime and we will try to deal with their query fast and effectively at their convenience – we respect their privacy. Our goal is to respect the tenants so they stayed in the property as long as possible! We carry out regular inspections and fill out a detailed handover protocol at the check in.

The longer your tenant stays the smaller your outgoings are! Our aim is not to change clients as often as possible in order to charge another commission, but to occupy the property with a solvent and reliable tenant!
