Property management department is a part of Happy House Rentals Ltd. – successful, modern, boutique real estate agency whose good name has been on the property market for over 20 years and we keep extending our services and property portfolio.

Our property management team is led by Adéla Press who gained her experience in United Kingdom and together with her husband Robert Press, who comes from Bristol, they form management of this department.
Michaela Křiváková is their leading assistant and right hand. Part of her job is outside of the office making checks of all fixes and refurbishments that must be completed to the best quality and satisfaction.
Jiří Opatrný – inspection coordinator who carefully and regularly checks all properties to make sure they are being taken care of by tenants and also reporting any necessary maintenance issues.
Markéta Mikanová – accounts and software specialist. Data and analysis are her domain. She can calculate your profit, show you statistics of e.g. average length of occupancy of our managed properties and give you a lot of other useful information.
Karel Ruppert – facility manager who takes care of both technical and administrative side of this department. Once you meet him you will never want another facility manager! He knows his work inside out and taking care of buildings is his hobby.

Our external business partners are not present in the office but their work is essential as most properties that we take on need to be cleaned, fixed, improved or refurbished
